New version of Outlook Calendar Invites available now

We’re pleased to announce the release of a major update for our Outlook Calendar Invites product. Available now, the new release contains the following features:

Training Instructors
You can now send calendar invites to training instructors, giving information about the course and the class they will be running.

Send Resource Information to Learners
Embed information about Rooms, Venues and Trainers in the calendar invites that get sent to your learners.

External Learner Support
Training Calendar Invites can now be sent to external learners as well as your employees and contractors.

RSVP Support
If a learner declines the calendar invites for training, the response can be sent back to the administrator.

Send Calendar Invites to Resource Contacts
If you have contact points for resources such as Venues and Rooms, then calendar invites can be sent to them, automating your reservation processes.

Automate Room Booking
If you use Microsoft Exchange to store your Training Rooms as Resources, booking the Room in Oracle will now reserve the Room in Outlook.

Many months in the making, the retooled website boasts a complete redesign, combined with the latest in HTML5 technology, socially integrated tools and content management. It offers users more of what they want, from enhanced product information to streamlined touch points.
