EmployeeCenter® brings social capabilities into Oracle HR with a powerful tagging feature. Employees can tag themselves by typing in any keyword which is then stored against themselves, for example, “Excel Guru”, “French Speaker”, “Human Resource Officer”. Anyone in the organization can then search for tags and EmployeeCenter® will return all matches. Want to find someone who speaks Spanish? Type in “Spanish” in the Tag search and immediately see a list of people with that Tag. It’s a revolutionary way to find skills within your workforce, without having to rely on a bloated and restrictive competency framework.
Your new Employee Self Service portal
We’d all like Oracle HR Self Service to look its best. EmployeeCenter® has a rich user interface that can be configured as the landing page for employees logging into Self Service. Quick links can be set up to take them into all other Self Service actions, meaning they never have to see the Oracle navigator again.Great user experience with a feature list to match

Designed to be a cost effective solution that can be rapidly deployed to existing Oracle HR e-Business Suite installations, EmployeeCenter® requires no additional software purchases to run.Neither do you need to upgrade Oracle Applications: EmployeeCenter® is fully compatible with R11.5.10.2 + HR Family Pack K + ATG.RUP.6 and all versions of Release 12.0 and 12.1. Upgrades from 11i to 12 and all interim patchsets are supported. A minimum of 11i.OTA.J.D1 is required for integration to Oracle Learning Management.
An Oracle 10g database is required. Adobe Flash Player 10.2 or higher is required on machines that will be accessing EmployeeCenter®.

EmployeeCenter® is sold under perpetual licence. The number of licences you need is determined by the number of people whose profile can be accessed from EmployeeCenter®. This is usually just the number of workers in your organization.12 months of technical support is included in the licence price paid and then charged annually as a percentage of that figure. Technical support entitles you to enhancements, compatibility packs, bug-fixes and any other software updates.
