Advantage Solutions provides sales and marketing services to the consumer-packaged goods industry in North America. Employing over 45,000 associates worldwide, Advantage were looking to improve the usability of their Oracle EBS Manager Self Service offering as well as deploying mobile access to all managers in the business.

New dashboards are being introduced to allow managers to track in-flight transactions, thereby reducing confusion, frustration and calls into the HR help-desk when transactions are not getting approved on time.

Estée Lauder is a global cosmetics company, owning well-known brands such as M.A.C., Aveda, Clinique and others. Estee use Oracle E-Business Suite to manage their 90,000 workers worldwide.

In 2012, Estée Lauder deployed Oracle Self Service to their managers. Their story is a familiar one: difficult to use screens, no mobile access, lots of manual work from their HR team to ensure the correct data went into the system.

We will tell the story of Estée Lauder’s transformation project. We will take you through the journey of establishing a new global HR Services team, help-desk and a fresh new look for their managers screens in Oracle.
